3 weeks later

After living here for 3 weeks, the bathtub clogged. Not a huge problem. We called the maintenance number. It was around 9:30pm and we got a answering machine. We left a voicemail. The message on the voicemail stated that Maintenance hours were 8am - 10pm. 

At 9:50pm, we got a call back from Maintenance. We were informed that ParkMerced would not be able to deploy someone that evening because we had called past 9:30pm and that they don't deploy their maintenance people past 9:30pm. We live in a one bedroom, one bathroom townhouse. If the only bathtub in the only bathroom does not work, what are we to do? We asked about alternatives; getting an outside plumber, etc. But, unfortunately, all we heard was that someone will attend to us the next day when they open at 8am. Upon being more insistent, we were informed that the plumber HAD GONE HOME FOR THE DAY. It was not 10pm yet.
